IUGS 77th Executive Committee Meeting

On March 16th – 17th the IUGS celebrated its 77th Executive Committee meeting in an open session hosted by the Societé Géologique France in Paris. The International Commission on Geoheritage participated in the meeting for the first time.

Our 2022 anual report and 2023 action plan and budget proposal were presented and unanimously accepted. The new subcommission on GeoCollections was accepted and the initiative of the First 100 was selected as an important IUGS 60th anniversary event.
